     The design of projects is based on the old proposal
of this compound, based on our past experience with similar apartment requirements together with the following design criteria.
     The purpose of this is to set the theme and direction for the various phases of this leisure oriented apartment. It locates and identifies the principle elements required. The specific designs of these elements begin the next phase of work.
     The entrances to the complex are 4 lanes on Nakornchaisi Road, next to the Paryarb Port. Framed with shrub leading to the site gateway & wall in Thai tradition character to give the first impression of the project.
     Double security: two gateways before entering the community. The ideas to protect privacy of leaser.
     Centralized of guest parking will be before enter the second gateway.
     Main swimming pool, pavilion and private port where locate in middle of the community, next to the Chaophaya River, will anchor as a focus point from the houses. Can be arranged for celebrating party.
     The site will be provided with a full range of infrastructure services and security.
